London Hydrogen bus launched just in time for a Smart Christmas shopping!

Following a successful three year trial of a handful of hydrogen buses on the London bus network, the first fleet of green buses are set to join the city’s transport service on a permanent basis. A total of 8 hydrogen buses will be introduced to the London bus network before Christmas, with the first one being launched earlier in December on one of the city’s most popular routes which takes in many hit spots including Covent Garden, The Tower of London and the South Bank, just in time for Christmas shopping.

These vehicles, which emit hot water vapour in place of highly polluting gases, will help reduce the city’s CO2 emissions and improve the air quality in London.
